Five men approached a 19-year-old man at Queens Plaza North last month and went through the victim’s pockets after striking him with a metal object, according to police.

The victim was walking in front of the Basic Sale shop, located at 27-18 Queens Plaza South, when the suspect (pictured) and four other unknown men raided his pockets. They did not take any of his possessions.

During the incident, which occurred on June 22nd at 5:45 pm, the victim was stuck in the face and body with a metal object, which resulted in injury, the police said.

Police are asking anyone with any information to call 1-800-577-TIPS.

Ohio, Michigan, Illinois, who cares. Never even had to think of these places before the city got gentrified and we came face to face with the dull Midwest masses for the first time in our lives. Real New Yorkers know that Queens Plaza is a dump and dangerous, no matter what the real estate brokers will say. Stay away from that area unless you also want to be a victim.

Trust fund babys from Akron, O? What a bizarre statement. Do you even know where Ohio is? Akron is a poor city. You’re a dope. You are a bitter loser also.

Just because a bunch of trust fund babies from Akron, Ohio, move into a shitty but hyped neighborhood doesn’t make the area safe. Welcome to New York f_cking City, suckers.

Oh you!

Ohio, trust funds, and your baseless, angsty characterization of the ‘hood aren’t relevant to this story at all, but they make for some mighty good trolllin’!!

Queens Plaza is rougher at 5:45pm on a Monday than I had given it credit for.
