Renderings for a new mixed-use building at 43-05 Crescent St. in Long Island City have been unveiled by the architecture firm working on the project, INOA Architecture.

Upon completion, the property will be nine stories and 119 feet tall, yielding 26,913 square feet of interior space. The building will have 39 residential units and retail space on the ground floor.

The penthouse residential units will each feature private terraces. While it is too soon in the building process to say what the amenities residents will have, one of the renderings appears to indicate that there will at least be a fitness studio.

The development will be located within walking distance of several local bus line stops. It is also within close proximity to subway stations that service the E, M, N, R, W and 7 trains.
