Police arrest man who was observed masturbating on 7 train

Police have arrested a 21-year-old man who was wanted for allegedly masturbating on the 7 train earlier this month.

Savaughn Rosado Dobbs, a Queens Village resident, was arrested on charges of public lewdness after police say he was observed masturbating on a Manhattan-bound 7 train at around 2 pm, May 3. The incident allegedly took place as the train was pulling in to the Court Square station.

A photo was allegedly snapped of Dobbs as he was exiting the train at the 5th Avenue/Bryant Park station, according to police.

Members of the NYPD’s Regional Fugitive Task Force arrested a 16-year-old boy in the confines of the 110th Precinct on Thursday morning and transported him to the 108th Precinct in Long Island City, where he was booked for the murder of Julian Corniell of 159th Street in South Jamaica on the afternoon of Friday, Feb. 14.
