A mortgage brokerage firm, which is a division of Douglas Elliman, will be opening on 48th Avenue next month.

DE Capital is opening a Long Island City branch at 10-29 48th Ave. that will have 15 employees—12 of whom will be mortgage brokers.

This is DE Capital’s first branch to open in Long Island City, where it will provide financing at competitive rates to Elliman clients. Elliman also believes its partnership will help it market its services to real estate developers.

The company will also offer a full range of mortgage products to all prospective purchasers.
