TF Cornerstone’s 4545 Center Blvd property

TF Cornerstone, which has completed five high-rise residential buildings on the Long Island City waterfront, has fully leased its latest development: 45-45 Center Boulevard.
The 41-story, 820-unit waterfront property is now 100 percent rented after leasing activity began in June 2013.
The company is also in the final stage of constructing one more tower—located at 46-10 Center Blvd—with leasing for that 585 unit property expected to begin in spring.
Upon completion, TF Cornerstone would have added six residential buildings, comprised of 2,615 rental units and 184 condominiums. Those developments will house more than 6,000 people.
The 184 condos are located at 4630 Center Boulevard and are known as The View Condominiums.
However, TF Cornerstone has no immediate plans to stop building in Long Island City.
It will be constructing a 36-story and a 41-story apartment building with a total of 1,193 apartments—as part of Phase 2 of the Hunters Point South middle-income development. About 400 of the units will be market-rate.

I agree with the guy about not getting your liquor license. My problem has been the buildings dpt not granting my letter of no objection. It has cost me about 40,000 in lost revenue since last June. I get nowhere with the council man Van Bramers office no where with small business exceleration the department in charge of helping small business like ours and they don’t even get back to you with any help for weeks and weeks. This city is destroying small operators all you will see in the next years is redevelopment with empty commercial space on the bottom level.
This city should look at their payroll budgets more carefully get rid of all these shit bags with their 6 figure salary plus over time than they might have money
You can certainly enjoy the ones that do have their liquor licenses. Also, run for a spot on the board. You’ll get my vote.
How can we really enjoy this neighborhood if bars can’t get their alcohol/liquor licenses on Vernon bc of 1 person that sits on the community board!?! Unreal.
There is always the E Train at 45th Ave & 21st Street, which is approximately 6 blocks from this building. It’s terrible that the 7 train will be down, but the walk from this building to the E Train is not that bad at all.
LIC MTA service relative to other nabes is pretty good. I used to take the trains on the upper east side, and it was no picnic. At last here you do have option of going to queensboro or even taking the ferry.
You are looking at this all wrong. Just look at it as 22 more reasons to enjoy Long Island City! Stat put & enjoy the neighborhood!!!!
And all these residents are in the dark about the 2014
22 weekend 7 train closures. Sad.
