Another big chunk of Court Square has been sold, with 5 Court Square selling for $15.75 million.

The property is located across the street from the Citibank building and adjacent to the courthouse.

The property was bought by Jackson 2524 LLC, a Great Neck, Long Island-based company on January 9, although the transaction was only made public Monday. The property was sold by AF Court Square LLC and Alanv LLC.

The previous owner(s) filed plans in September for an eleven story building with 73 dwelling units. That application is still pending.

Queens elected officials secure $70 million from New York State Budget for school safety equipment in religious and independent schools
