Straphanger Punched in the Face on R Train, Cops Looking for Suspect

Suspect (NYPD)

Aug. 1, 2019 By Shane O’Brien

Police are looking for a man who punched a subway rider in the face while on board a moving R train last week.

The 44-year old male victim was riding a Manhattan-bound R train toward Queens Plaza Station at around 10:25 p.m. last Thursday when he was punched in the face by an unidentified assailant.

The assailant remained on the train after it reached the next station, while the victim was treated for his injuries on board the train.

The assailant was captured on video by another subway rider and is seen as a bearded black male wearing a black t-shirt and carrying a backpack. He was also seen wheeling a trolley.

Anyone with information in regard to the identity of this male is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).

The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the CrimeStoppers website at WWW.NYPDCRIMESTOPPERS.COM or on Twitter @NYPDTips.

Hunters point park after 10 pm turns into a haven for homeless and drug fiends. The edge of that park is also their toilet.

Ever terrified of seeming “racist,” the press fails to identify the, ahem, color of the victim. Was it a person of color? Or a person of no-color, e.g. white?

If he hit a white person, then it’s probably just good old Polar Bear Hunting and anti-white animosity (which we are told does not and cannot exist, even though it’s rampant), of the kind the media and Democrats are stirring up 24 x 7. If he hit another black person, they probably had some beef. If he hit an Asian or a Hispanic, he’s just crazy.

Things are pretty simple to understand if you’re not cowering under a rock labeled “please don’t think I’m a racist!”

I wonder why Trump lovers are so sensitive about being bigots?

Strange place for a rant about hurt feelings, but yeah they don’t usually describe the victim in detail.

>anti-white animosity (which we are told does not and cannot exist

That’s completely false, but we can pretend the story you made up is true

The media does this all the time. If the criminal is black, they don’t says so but if white they definitely point it out.

Can you imagine actually believing that

Bernadette look at any article on this website to understand why you’re completely wrong.

> If the criminal is black, they don’t says [sic] so

The literally describe him as a “black male” in this article. You should try reading it before you embarrass yourself again.

I thought it looked like the “Change” guy as well. You’ll find him under the 7 line train trestle at 46th st, or the vicinity, asking for “Chaaaaange!”

This dude is pushing around a hand truck and still had the energy to punch someone in the face. Once you swipe your Metro card you are on your own. The roaring 70s and 80s are back in full bloom

I told this dude to commit a crime my bad. Before I got in office NYC was crime-free.

Stop being a Deblasio bootlicker. I am a lifelong Democrat and believe he is the absolute worst mayor.
