36 Ave N Train (Google Maps) and Suspect (NYPD Crimestoppers)

Police are looking for a suspect who allegedly stole a man’s wallet and iPhone X while riding on the N train.
The victim, 26, was on the N train at the 36th Avenue stop last Friday around 3:30 a.m. when he asked the suspect, who police say he had recently met at a nearby establishment, for help putting his wallet back in his backpack.
Police say the victim may have been intoxicated at the time of asking the suspect for help.
The victim got off the N train at Queensboro Plaza, thinking his belongings were placed in his backpack, but while reaching for his iPhone X he realized the phone and his wallet were gone.
The suspect remained on the train.
Police describe the suspect as male, black, 25 to 35 years old, with braids. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, black pants and black sneakers.
