A Long Island City man was arrested Tuesday night along with three other Queens men in connection with the sale and distribution of heroin, fentanyl and cocaine to major New York suppliers, according to authorities.
Dionne Sharrow, 35, aka ‘Slay,’ a resident of the Powerhouse Building at 2-17 51st Ave., was the alleged ringleader supplying his co-defendants with large quantities of narcotics. He maintained a drug stash in a Bath Beach, Brooklyn apartment that his associates referred to as ‘The Palace,” according to police.
Sharrow along with his co-conspirators–Pablo Vallecillo, Antonio Lopez and Jason Keating—were charged for the sale of a controlled substance, conspiracy and other related charges.
The police had been monitoring Sharrow and his crew as part of a comprehensive drug investigation prompted by the fatal overdose of a 26-year-old Bay Ridge man in 2016 and a 42-year-old man in Kew Gardens in May 2017.
Investigators, who had been conducting a year-long wiretap investigation, observed Vallecillo entering Sharrow’s ‘palace’ with a backpack Tuesday and searched the apartment. Police allegedly found cash and drugs strewn around the apartment, including 10 kilograms of various narcotics in an oven. Police also discovered pounds of marijuana.
The police then conducted a search of Sharrow’s two-bedroom apartment on 51st Avenue that night. They seized a loaded firearm, approximately $590,00 of cash that was located inside a safe and elsewhere, and a red 2015 Lamborghini Huracan, which was parked in the Powerhouse garage.
Sharrow and Vallecillo were subsequently arrested, police said.
Keating and Lopez were then arrested at their respective Queens homes. Police found several pounds of marijuana at Keating’s house, and hundreds of glassine envelopes of heroin, two loaded pistols and a shotgun at Lopez’ abode.
The bust represented phase 2 of an investigation that began in the fall of 2017, according to authorities.
The first phase of the investigation dealt with a drug delivery service that operated between Queens and Brooklyn. Police discovered that the two fatal overdoses were supplied by a dealer—Eduardo Ansorena– who ultimately purchased the narcotics from Vallecillo.
Ansorena and nine associated dealers were later indicted. Seven other individuals were indicted who purchased their narcotics from Sharrow, Vallecillo, Lopez and Keating, according to authorities. The drugs were distributed in New York City and Upstate New York.
“Drug crimes are far from victimless,” said Special Narcotics Prosecutor Bridge Brennan. “We will be relentless in pursuing those who profit from destroying the lives of others.”

Lol. He was hiding in plan sight
While walking to a meeting near Queens Plaza, I saw a group of young guys selling drugs under the overpass of the Queens Borough Bridge, near the newly opened Hyatt Hotel. It appeared to be like a little drugs’ marketplace. A young Asian guy was buying what appeared to be some clear, liquid drug inside a vile with a green cap. Where is the police?!
Hmmm, clear liquid probably means GHB (the club drug) and it is huge, and legal in China.
Wow, your comments make more sense now knowing how many hard drugs you do regularly.
How were the prices? I need something to help cope with the anxiety I get from seeing a luxury condo.
why didn’t you call the police yourself if you are that concerned that is what is happening people like to talk the talk but they do not walk the walk — call and let them know where and when this is happening !!!!!!
I actually didn’t want to get shot. The guys selling the stuff saw how startled I looked when I realized what they were doing. They likely got a good look at me.
Now lets catch the Blend Valet guys. If anyone is ever looking for a score just walk the same walk they do to that back parking lot behind 4545 and you will find some small bags “hidden” in the landscape. I was picking up my dogs crap the other month and found about 3 bags of white powder that area.
Seems like most of those new apartments in LIC are so un-affordable, you have to have a side job (hustling) to pay those rents. This is NOT the first drug bust in that area, and it won’t be the last.
If they were un-affordable, they would be empty. Which they are not. In fact, they built 22,000 give or take of them just in LIC.
I can’t believe the police caught him…he was really flying under the radar with that ferrari
It’s a first step. The police should do sweeps of the all the waterfront buildings and arrest the hordes of criminal trash now living in this neighborhood.
Drug dealing is Big Business makes lots of money the rest of us have to work 7 days a week
Drug dealing is for idiots. I know a lot of wealthy people but not one of them owns, or wants, a Lambo. Those are for the dumb, meathead rich.
Well done! Great victory for NYPD and for all citizens,
You know what…?? There are plenty more people who get addicted/died from medication given by *doctors*. Pfizer, J&J, Bayer are the real entities that need to be arrested for handing out suicide antidepressant. This is small timer waste of resource.
Doesn’t sound like he’s a small time dealer. Now get rid of the Russian and other Eastern European mobsters camped out in LIC.
Seriously! Heroin, fentanyl and cocaine. I get your point about big pharma, but this guy was selling some serious sh!t that kills people. He was not a small time pot dealer.
