Frank,

One question, without unions who would pay their workers well and give benefits? Workers get shafted many times by owners o businesses. Yes, some union rules are stupid, but unions usually provide good wage jobs.

Very few private sector workers are covered by unions, yet many have benefits. It is based on something called value and skill. Hmmm…maybe it is the workers who, for lack of a better term, are meat who need unions because they really are interchangeable with the next piece of meat.

Why doe the MTA take so log to do things? The MTA as other Authorities…NYC Housing Authority,Port Authority of NY & NJ etc… are all wasteful bloated agencies that should be revamped from TOP to BOTTOM.

The MTA is a slow moving and wasteful bloated agency that should be revamped from top to bottom. Many other Authorities such as NYC Housing Authority & The Port Authority of NY & NJ etc… are all wasteful bloated agencies

I understand things have to be done but the MTA sure takes it’s sweet time doing it. MTA should be overhauled from TOP To BOTTOM as it is a bloated and wasteful agency, such as NYC Housing Authority and Port Authority of NY & NJ and many other Authorities around NYC. Revamp them all.
