Modern Spaces, the Long Island City based real estate firm, announced today that it has started selling some of the units contained in a new condo building located at 47-28 11th Street.
The seven-story development, called The Corner, is comprised of 23 units, consisting of one and two bedroom units.
Modern Spaces has listed two one-bedroom units for sale and one two-bedroom unit for sale, according to a spokeswoman for Modern Spaces.
The one-bedroom units start at $740,000, while the two-bedroom units start at $1,120,000, according to the spokeswoman.
“The Corner is the first development offering new luxury homes in Long Island City this year and we are very excited to kick-off the sales campaign,” said Eric Benaim, CEO and Founder of Modern Spaces.

The Corner was developed through a joint partnership between Kora Developers LLC and BK Developers. Architectural firm, Zproekt, designed it.
