WeWork, the international co-working and office space giant, has at last opened its Queens Plaza location.

The company opened yesterday at the Brewster Building, located at 27-01 Queens Plaza N, and occupies the 12th and 13th floors of the building, according to Katy Conrad, a spokesperson for WeWork.

Close to 80 companies of varying sizes have signed up to use WeWork’s two floors, spanning over 15,000 usable square feet, Conrad said.

The Queens Plaza location is the second WeWork location in Queens, with the first in Astoria, and offers an array of services including open work spaces and common areas, high-tech conference rooms, soundproof phone booths, and amenities like fruit water and micro-roasted coffee.

The WeWork location will also host professional and social events, ranging from team-building workshops to cheese tastings.

Price ranges for using WeWork’s facility go from $350 to upwards of $20,000 depending on the number of people and length of stay.

WeWork is also set to open another center nearby at 28-07 Jackson Ave., the site of Fishman Speyer’s Jacx project. The developer announced in 2016 that WeWork took 250,000 square-feet at the 26-story building, still under construction.
